COMMITTEES AND CLUBS, COMMON TO ALL INSTITUTIONS OF KITE

DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE

Self Discipline And Self Control: In order to achieve any goal in life, short term or long term, one needs to be disciplined. The primary objective of this committee is to inculcate this feeling in the minds of the students.

LIBRARY COMMITTEE

Book Lovers: The committee regularly takes feedback about the requirements and also updates the knowledge of books. the committed not only acts in accordance with the internal needs of the institution but also in accordance with the change paradigms of knowledge in the international arena.

SC-ST COMMITTEE

The SC-ST committee monitors and endeavors to resolve issues/grievances relating to SC/ST students at institutes level, only unresolved ones to be referred to SC-ST Cell of the Institute.

INTERNAL COMPLAINT COMMITTEE

Internal Complaints Committee will examine all matters relating to women in the workplace and will make suggestions andproposals to the institute administration regarding such matters. The committee will arrange programs on women’s Day and at other times, as is deemed necessary. The committee will follow relevant Acts, Rules, of Government of India and Court Orders etc. as applicable from time to time. The committee will make recommendation on actions to be taken on specific complaints.

SPORTS COMMITTEE

Enhancing The team Spirit The demands of your profession are not only mental in nature but a good performance requires the complete integration of mind, body & soul. It take care of various facilities and the requirement of the students for various sports. To build the overall personality & to enhance the team spirit among the students, the sports committee organizes various events round the years. The Institutions believe in the phrase “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. Therefore we have both indoor & outdoor (Volley Ball, Cricket, Football, table Tennis etc.) sports facilities.

AKSHAY URJA CLUB

Energy Conservation The Ministry of alternate energy, government of India has setup an “Akshay Urja Club” in our institutions and provides is a grant of Rs. 25000/- per year The Club Organizes seminar, Workshop, Poster and Essay competition, slogan competition on renewable energy to spread awareness about alternate energy and encourage its usages. The participating students are given cash prizes International SUNDAY on 1st May and Rajeev Gandhi AKSHAY URJA DIWAS on 20th AUGUST are celebrated every Year.

CULTURAL & EVENT MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

Let Us See What You Can Do The functions of the cultural committee is to provide a platform to the students to bring out their creativity & Innovation. It organizes various cultural events & extra curricular activities weekly, like folk dances, quiz, extempore etc. to develop the overall personality of the students. It helps in maintaining a smooth and friendly atmosphere in the campus and brings together the students of various streams, into a cordial relationship.

ANTI-RAGGING COMMITTEE

Co-oridial Co-existence This committee is formed in order to stop ragging of the new students and implement the anti-ragging laws.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE

With paramount objective of preventing unfair practices and to provide a mechanism to students for redressal of their grievances, institute has constituted the “Grievance redressal Committee”

ALUMNI COMMITTEE

The Alumni are the strength of our Institutions. The committee performs the function of maintaining constant & close touch with the pass-outs. The committee also organizes get-together of ex-students.

DEBATE CLUB

The debating club in every institution helps students to achieve this skill. It has been that the passion and rhetoric for any dynamic person often fails to stand up to the competition offered by the confidence, intelligence and depth of experienced seasoned maestros. to established this point & to drive home the necessity of the above traits, the club endeavours to help students imbibe in them the requisite qualities. The club hopes to continue the above traits and passionate yet confident & intelligent speakers.
