The Keys to Success

  1. The minimum attendance compulsory is 75 percent.
  2. Attendance in all activities and functions of the institute is compulsory.
  3. All students must observe punctuality.
  4. Late comers may not be allowed to enter the class.
  5. One who has been absent on the previous day without ‘leave application’ will not be admitted to the class, unless a written apology is submitted by him/her.
  6. Students must respect all teachers and authorities. They must be courteous and polite to everyone including the fellow students.
  7. A student who is absent due to illness for more than 3 days must submit a medical certificate from an MBBS doctors.
  8. The property of the Institute is precious. Any damage done to property will have to be compensated for.
  9. The following acts are strictly prohibited within the campus. If any students is found guilty on any of the following acts, he/she can be suspended or even expelled from the Institute
 

(a) Being involved in Ragging in the campus or in hostel.
(b) Use, possession and distribution of drugs, alcohol or other potentially harmful substances/material.
(c) Assault or physical injury to faculty, staff or fellow students.
(d) Disruption or obstruction of the functioning of the Institute through violence, defiance force, coercion, threat, intimidation, fear or passive resistance.
(e) Use of vulgar or improper language in the campus.
(f) Forgery, of any nature.
(g) Gambling, Chain letters or Selling items for personal profit. (h) Display of physical affection.
(i) Forceful, Unapproved or Irregular entry (or attempt to enter) into the Institute.
(j) Possession, Handling or Transmitting any object/material which is considered a weapon or potentially dangerous i.e. knives, chemicals, fireworks etc.
(k) Vandalism of property on campus.
(l) Initiating a false fire alarm.
(m) Theft of any property or things.
(n) Extortion, Continual insubordination or Disrespectful behavior.

Conditions for cancellation of admission.
The name of a student may be removed from the rolls, if:
(a) He/She gives a written request.
(b) He/She has irregular attendance and poor progress in
studies.
(c) Non Payment of tuition fees/dues.
(d) He/She is absent without permission/ leave for 5
consecutive days.
(e) He/She is expelled from or rusticated to enter the institute.
(f) Breaking of rules and regulation of the institute.
In any such case the fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The decision of the Executive Director of the institute shall be considered final in all matters.
